The Danger Room
Beastboy walke din and looked around the room. He whistled. "Wow a big empty room. This is where you guys train? There's nothing here...."
"There's more thn meets the eye.
Delaney said "Computer."
"YES RAVENCLAW."
"Run simulation 445321." Delaney commanded
"YES RAVENCLAW."
"Ravenclaw?"
Beastboy asked, looking at her strangely. "And where is that voice coming from anyway?" He asks as he dons his Sherlock Holmes outfit and whips out a magnifying glass, spying around the empty room and finding nothing
"Ravenclaw is my call sign and I'll let Kurt explain the voice. Your better at explaining it."
Delaney told her husband.
"Why do you insist on giving me the hard job all the time?"
Kurt demanded. "Computer, identify yourself for our guests."
"YES SHADOW OF DARKNESS. I AM THE DANGER ROOM COMPUTER. wITHIN MY SYSTEMS LIES THE PROGRAMS AND FACILITIES IN WHICH THE X-MEN TRAIN. PROFESSOR CHARLES XAVIER HAS PROGRAMMED ME TO TEST EVERY POSSIBLE SITUATION AND EVERY POSSIBLE METHOD OF KILLING THE X-MEN. THEY MUST OVERCOME EVERYTHING I MUSTER AGAINST THEM. I AM THEIR SOLE TRAINING FACILITY."
"Thank you Computer."
Kurt replied and looked at Beastboy. "Happy now?"
"So She's Ravenclaw and you're Shadow of Darkness? What a mouthful!"
Beastboy exclaimed and his Sherlock Holmes suit disappeared
"IN the heat of the moment he becomes just 'Shadow'"
Del informed them.
"I've been known to go by SoD on occasion."
Kurt replied, reminding his wife of the small nickname that had developed.
"Any way."
Delaney said "You guys came to train right? Computer Run simulation now."
Beastboy hopped in the air as the panels int he room light up
Tom looked into the room "You guys want some other people to help you?"
"Yeah, Tom needs the practice. I thought I saw a gut forming on him."
Zared said with a slight grin as she peered down at the small group of mutants.
Tom smirked "I can loose weight anytime I want, I can just lop the extra pieces off."
"Hmph..Showoff
." She continued to stare down at the group. "So, what do you say all?"
"We were just about to start, so go for it." Kurt replied with a shrug. He looked at Beastboy with a mischeivious grin on his face. "I don't know how you Titans workout, but watch your back BB."
